These Terms govern your use of the Fortune 5 Hundred LLC (“F5H,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, hotline, VIP-card request, and event-information services. Separate ticket, venue, checkout, or event-specific terms may also apply.
01Acceptance
By using this website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02Event information
F5H provides current event information in one place. Dates, times, venue details, directions, pricing, capacity, age requirements, ticket choices, and availability can change. The official live event page and checkout shown at the time of your transaction control over older website, social-media, text, or phone information.
Historical recaps are presented as past-event media and are not offers for current admission.
03Tickets, VIP seating, and payments
Ticket and VIP purchases may be completed through SmartScale Events or another identified provider. You are responsible for reviewing the selected date, party size, inclusions, fees, age restrictions, refund terms, and venue policies before paying. Unless the live checkout expressly says otherwise, a VIP section, admission, food, beverage, parking, gratuity, and add-ons may be separate.
We do not accept payment through the informational hotline. Payment disputes, transfers, cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks are governed by the terms displayed for the applicable transaction and by applicable law.
04VIP card and messaging
If you text FRIDAY or submit the VIP-card form, you are requesting the associated information from Fortune 5 Hundred. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You are responsible for providing a number you control and for keeping your contact details accurate.
05Acceptable use and guest conduct
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person, or use our services for an unlawful purpose. Attendance remains subject to the rules of the organizer, venue, security team, and applicable law. We may limit access to our services when reasonably necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
06Event photography and video
Photography and video may occur at events. Any event-specific notice, registration term, venue rule, or release presented for that event governs participation and permitted use. F5H names, logos, graphics, website design, and original promotional materials may not be commercially reused without authorization.
07Third-party services
Links to SmartScale Events, payment providers, maps, social networks, venues, or other services are provided for convenience. Those services control their own systems and terms. F5H is not responsible for a third party’s independent website, availability, security, or content.
08Disclaimers and liability
The informational website and hotline are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, F5H disclaims implied warranties concerning uninterrupted access or error-free information and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of these informational services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms or our services. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. These Terms are governed by Virginia law, without overriding any consumer protection that applies to you.
